How do I get my Apple Tv Movie Purchases to my iPad

I purchased a movie on my Apple TV and it isnt showing up on my ipad? I have snyc my icloud and everything... Any ideas? I spent 19.99 on a movie I think I should be able to watch it where and when I want to...

Download it to your computer using the Purchaced section of iTunes and then sync it to the device

Welcome to the Apple Community.

On the iPad, iTunes > more > purchased > movies, your movie will be listed there where you can download it.
