How do I save a video in the present view AFTER rotating it using QuickTime Pro?

How do I save a video in the present view AFTER rotating it using QuickTime Pro? I am using a PC w/ Windows 7. I mounted a GoPro camera inside the canopy of a jet trainer, but forgot to rotate the view prior to takeoff. I am able to rotate the view while watching but unable to save it that way. Anyone know how to?
