My billing information is not being accepted on Iphone.

Depends upon what you mean by 'not being accepted', what happens when you try to enter your payment details, what are you trying to use (credit card, debit card, ...), if you are getting an error message then what does it say ? Where on 'web' is it working, Apple's online store, other online sites ?
