I have the latest version of itunes (11) but when i click redeem in the itunes store i do not have the option to use camera to redeem giftcards. any ideas why i may be having an issue with this and is anyone else having the same problem

Same thing. I am using itunes 11.0.1, MacBook Pro 13 mid-2010, latest version of Lion. I don't have an app or utility open that is using the cam.
