Cant download inbox on my email

I have been having troubles downloading my inbox on my email using the "mail button" on my new iphone5. It has been 2 days since i started using my new phone. I have tried doing the suppossedly recommended things to do in the apple support website like restarting the phone, deleting and resigning my email account, trying to check if my email is working or not, even chatted with apple support and all that did was tell me to do the stuff i had already did. And when i ask if something is wrong with my phone I didnt get anymore replies!

Are you trying to do this on wifi or cellular network? Do you have a good signal? What email account are you using?

Have you done a reset: hold down home/power button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.

You need to explain a little more what it is that you want, and what it is not doing. You say you want to download your inbox, you do not describe an error you are receiving. What kind of email account is it? If this is a POP3 account, then if you are checking it in multiple places, which POP is not designed for, and everything is deleted from the server, connecting with the phone is not going to get you any mail.
