I was updating my new iphone(same model as old) with my info backed up on itunes but my phone unplugged while backing up and now it wont back up, what should i do?

I have an Iphone 4s that I backed up on itunes but then dropped and got a replacement 4s. I was updating the new phone with my old info via itunes, however it got unplugged while updating and now it will not sync my contacts, what should I do?
