how do i transfer my outlook contacts to ipad 4 please?

is there a simple way to sync my contacts currently in outlook on Windows Vista over to my new iPad4 please?

I have reied the info tag in itunes but all it offers is to sync email accounts which I don't want as they are pop3 and I was instructed to install imap.....

frustrating moving over to apple but it's got to be done. iPhone 5 next month then macbook pro 13 after that - can't wait.

yes,

open iCloud account - free

www.icloud.com

install iCloud Panel on your Windows Vista and copy your contacts inside Outlook.

Connect iPad to iCloud account.

any any new Apple device you'll get in the future.
