turn off wifi for mac to sleep

Hello there:)

I have the problem that any time I want to close my mac for it to go to sleep, I have to turn off the wifi, otherwise it stays on.

I started having that problem after I upgrated to Mountain Lion. I basically tried everything I could think of but I couldn't find a solution.

Any ideas how to fix it?
