hi, i'm having trouble opening an account on the web also i've tried to access an account already opened and it's not allowing me to log on that too, i'm not sure if i've clicked something or it was the result of an update . any suggestions please ?. thanks , annn

Do the require Java maybe & it's disabled?
Opposite of these steps?
Disable Java in your Browser settings, not JavaScript.
