Help : RAW 4.02 update download problem ?

Hello,

I have a MacBookPro running Os X Mountain Lion and there seems to be a problem about the RAW 4.02 update. The "Updates" page on the Mac App Store indicates that this update is available. When I hit the grey "update" button on the right side of the page, it turns white but the update doesn't start. I have had this problem for four days. Consequently, I cannot quit the Mac App Store or shut down my computer because "system updates are installing". Can someone help me?
