Apple TV not making sound when clicking on icons

I resently installed a existing Apple TV to another TV and now noticing that when I move the cursor on the screen between icons it no longer makes the little click sounds.

Check whether you have disabled sound effects in the settings.

The setting is not disabled, it does make sounds periodically but not all the time.
