Q: How to restore 2012 imac to factory settings

Trying to figure out how to restore my iMac 27 to factory settings. I checked the box, and there are no disks to reinstall the OS. I basically need to reset it to factory settings to exchange for a Mac Pro. Any help would be appreciated.

    Welcome to the Apple Support Communities

     

    1. Press Command, Option and R keys while your Mac is starting.

     

    2. Open Disk Utility, select Macintosh HD in the sidebar and erase the drive.

     

    3. Install OS X. Turn off the computer after installing Mac OS X
