Accessing files from iCloud on PC

Still learning about iCloud. At home I work on a Mac. I dropped(uploaded) a .zip file in the cloud app(at home). I can see it, access it, etc.- from home. At work I work on a PC. Can I access that .zip file from work? If yes, how?
