I am trying to order an iphoto book, but when I click buy book, I am unable to place my order. I get the screen below. I have left it sitting there thinking it is loading, but nothing changes. I have force quit multiple times, but still cannot order. I am on a MacBook Pro 15-inch on OS X Lion 10.7.5. iphoto version 9.4.2. Please help! I want to order this book.

I'm havint the exact same issue. Tried rebooting, safe booting, nothing has worked. My guess is the system is overloaded with orders before Xmas. Going to try again in the evening.
I have also been having the exact same issue all day (except on a MacBook Air--otherwise, same OS, same iPhoto version). Unbelievably frustrated, as I have several different books to order. Anyone have info?
Update: I called support. They are doing an update to their printing services. It's a known issue, they are getting lots of calls, and it should be fixed as soon as the update goes through. The rep said to try late this evening or tomorrow. Good luck, all!

iPhoto has not been able to order photobooks for a long time now and everyone knows it - what exactly is the point of your post to an over four (4) year old thread
