Dec 6, 2012 12:33 PM in response to imapltby John Galt,Good question - The Apple Store indicates AirPrint compatibility as well as AirPrint Basics which leads me to believe it should work without any trouble at all.
However, Lexmark's manual does not mention AirPrint except to indicate Apple's trademark. This seems like an odd omission to make.
Your wireless router is an integral part of AirPrint communication. All Apple AirPort Base Stations support AirPrint (obviously) but some others may require a firmware upgrade, as long as they are not too ancient. A couple are known to be incompatible with AirPrint.
Try resetting (power down) your iOS device, your router, and the printer.

Dec 6, 2012 12:38 PM in response to imapltby Kilgore-Trout,What make you say that it isn't supported?
I also note you state you have "915A". "915" is what is listed on here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4356. May not be the same printer.

Dec 6, 2012 12:46 PM in response to Kilgore-Troutby imaplt,Hmmm, I stated 915 not 915A.
As far as I can tell you cannot use the built in iOS AirPrint you have to use the Lexmark iOS app to print to the Lexmark printer.
Wanted to see if I was missing something.

Dec 6, 2012 12:48 PM in response to John Galtby imaplt,I have done all of the above. It cannot find the printer. I would rather not have to use the Lexmark app to print. I bought this printer based on the AirPrint compatibility stated in the Apple site.
