Iphone 4 (can't restore)

Hello Developers,


I have a big problem. I have bought an Iphone 4G from a girlfirend of mine. She said that the Iphone has to be send to the AppleService, because she could not turn it on. I tried to restore it via iTunes but with no success. At the middle (the end) it comes a notify (An unkown issue occurd. Iphone could not....

ERROR -1.


"Latest iTunes.

Tried several times, also on other pc's

Win7

USB-Cable works...

So i came to the mind to make a cfw without Basebandupdate....;

It worked but with no service; bluetooth and wifi are greyed. .Please help...

She also noticed that the Iphone 4 worked for three days with the iOS 6 . After she where watching a film on the Iphone, it went down and didn't worked."



I also opened it, put all out cables out and checked if there where broken cables..


After that i tried it again. still does not work.

Sorry man, nothing you can do on your own here unfortunatly, also you do not need the invoice, if you call applecare you can get te serial/imei number on the sim card tray so they can find it in the system. they will be able to verify coverage to see if still covered under waranty also. do be aware that if any water or physical damasge is present on the device it will not be covered.

GUYS... I have really good information. (-1) Issue is solved. Many people reported that "the trick to reheat the baseband chip - did not work." But I tried it in another way.... During the update (Itunes) DFÜ - MODE --I just let it be ....I knew it when the issue (-1) would came... So 15 - seconds before that ....I reheated the baseband chip with a hair dryer...it. was really hot ...i even could not touch the metal-cover.....and it worked...for me... i hope ...it will also work for other people... thank you very much ...please report here..if it works...
