Apple Lightweight USB Keyboard

I have a late 2012 Mac Mini, i5 and use Apple Lightweight USB Keyboard. I have to define the Keyboard as ANSI, because it is not recognized by the computer. Does anyone else have this issue and is there a solution?

Mac mini, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.1), NEW
