Downloading iTunes Extra "Error -19" Message

Similar problem. Purchased on iPhone. Won't download to computer. Some iCloud issue? Dunno, ...

I came across the same thing today whilst downloading an iTunes LP, all the tracks downloaded just fine until I came to the 'Now that's what I call Christmas - iTunes LP' download which came at the very end. After several failed attempts I did a bit of searching round on the actual album on iTunes and came across this response after clicking on 'Various Artists'

Seems I was trying to download something that at present is not going to happen, because it is not yet available in the UK store.

ive got exact same problem and each time i open itunes it states error. tried deleting download and then requesting from icloud for exact same error to re-occur. where does the Lp file go to as it is not in the album folder

I contacted Apple, within minutes, "Masood" posted a "fresh copy of downloaded items to your account". Opened up iTunes, and the album downloaded right away.

I've got exactly the same problem and with exactly the same album. Going to try contacting Apple to see if they can resolve it. Will keep you posted.

(Kind of doesn't matter now we're in January, but I'm not going to be a happy bunny if I keep being told the album can't be downloaded for the rest of the year!)

I could download all songs from the album I purchased, but the iTunes LP (and only it) always fails with error -19.

This is BS. I have 50 movies and they all download fine.. 20 of them have itunes xtras, not a single one will download without error 19....

I contacted Apple support and the representative added the album back to my available downloads in iTunes, but the problem still persists. All songs download fine except for the iTunes LP.

I wonder if anyone using the US iTunes store is having this problem... I'm starting to guess this is related to the LP not being available in some of the other stores, which is strange as the album with the LP was available for sale...

Not been resolved, however I did get a full refund from apple for purchased album. No explanation though. Seen as I have a brand new Mac can't see it being a software up to date issue, which is what they usually say it is :(

After nearly two months of headache, I loaded iTunes just now and it seems that my iTunes Extras are actually completing!!!

I just tried again and the iTunes LP downloaded fine! I guess they corrected the issue 🙂
