safari can't connect to gov.uk

I could connect to https://www.gov.uk yesterday but today

Safafi reports can't establish a secure connection

Any advice how to fix this?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

I can't connect to it either. Same issue as I reported here - https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4578085?tstart=0

After having the problem all day on 2 Macs it's randomly solved now. I can connect to your link as well as the links that were giving me problems.
