Time Machine Error

I'm getting the following error periodically when running time machine backups:

The backup was not performed because an error occurred while copying files to the backup disk.

The problem may be temporary. Try again later to backup. If the problem persists, use Disk Utility to repair your backup disk.

I ran TM Error Logger and it came up with this specific error:

Any ideas how to fix this? I ran Disk Utiltity a while back, but it didn't solve the problem.
