Dec 6, 2012 5:31 PM in response to Kappyby Fjchaves,I have a MacPro (aluminum tower) with a PowerPC whatever. I have never had any problem with it before, but now when I turn it on I get the startup gong, then the happy apple and then just some writing on the screen that asks me to type "mac-boot". When I type that i get a screen full of black vertical lines.
