How can I unsubscribe from notifications from a single discussion?

There is a discussion on the communities going on right now, the subject being "Am I the only one to HATE the new iTunes?". There's about 20 or more new postings on there per day. Lucky me, I replied to one person on it, and now I'm getting a flooded email inbox full of updates from that discussion. Can I unsubscribe to one specific discussion without unsubscribing to the whole community? Thanks for your help.

You should be able to click on the option under Actions in the right column of that particular thread - I just answered a question here:

The default is normally that you do receive a notification if you post in a thread. I don't want a notification, so in my case it shows "receive email...." (because I haven't chosen to receive them). Click on it and it should change to "not receive..." or vice versa. That should be for this particular thread only.
