how to email pictures from iPhoto

i am trying to email photos from iphoto but i am getting a message that says "The email server didn’t recognize your username/password combination."

Please help....also i am running 10.7.5 and iphoto is 9.4.2

In the iPhoto preferences ==> Accounts - delete the account and re-enter it

or IMHO the better solution is to set mail as your email client

Thanks. I changed to mail n preferences instead of using iCloud. Worked perfectly!
