I created a photo book in iPhoto. Can I share it on Facebook?

I created a photo book in iPhoto. Can I share it on Facebook? When I tried it using the Share tab in the menu bar, it downloaded some of the photos in the "album" I used to create the photo book but not the books itself and not all the photos in the album. I'm sure I'm missing something elementary.
