Q: Iphoto was preinstalled in my Macbook and now when I try to update, it's telling me that the update has to be done by other account. How to solve this bug, since there always been a single account in my Mac?

Does anyone has passed through this before?? I mean, both iphoto and imovie are under this bug, but they had already came installed on my macbook when I purchased it. Will I have to prchase the apps again to update them??

iPhoto '11, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

You may only update pre-installed software from the same Apple ID you used when it was downloaded from the App Store. You need to sign into the App Store using that same Apple ID you used when you registered your original purchase with Apple.
