Ipad 1 shows apple screen does not come on what should I do? Tried dfu and recovery but no luck iTunes doesn't recognized the device either.

Try recovery mode again ... and again if you need to. There is nothing else to try.
You can also try letting the battery darin all the way until the iPad shuts off on its own - recharge it for about 30 minutes - and then try recovery mode again.
You have nothing to lose now. The iPad is hosed unless you can restore it.
