Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I have just installed OS x Mountain Lion 2 Only to then be imformed that the Parallels Desktop 6 I also use on my Mac is incompatible software and cannot be used. I require Parallels so can anyone advise what I can do to overcome this problem.

Parallels 8 is supported on Mountain Lion, so install this Parallels edition > http://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/
Go ahead and upgrade to version 8 - http://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/upgrade/ - fully Mountain Lion compatible. I've been running it since it came out, upgrading from Parallels 7 (and before that, 6, 5, etc.).
Version 8 is a treat.
