OS X will not change the name of the keyboard and mouse.
If I can change the name of my mac then why not keyboard and mouse ??

Correct, that's exactly what I said.
Go to System Preferences. Select Bluetooth. Your Bluetooth devices will show up in a window. Select the device you wish to rename. At the bottom of that window you will see a + a - and a gear icon. Select the gear icon dropdown and you will see an option to rename the device.
