ogg vorbis to IPOD compatible

Hi, I have some ogg vorbis files in I tunes, but they will not transfer to the POD, what do I have to do?

dell, Windows 2000

Unfortunately, Ogg is not a compatible format for iPod. The following link lists all compatible formats. Welcome to discussions!

Not sure, but it's worth a try. Just change your importing options in iTunes>edit>preferences>advanced>importing tab. Once that change is made, right click on one of the Ogg files, click on "convert to", & I'm hoping iTunes will make the format change for you. Keep in mind that if this works, you will have duplicate files, one Ogg file, one with the new format.
