Just bought iPad; can I not synch my banking App from iPhone or do I have to start over?

If you set the iPad up using the same AppleID account as teh iPhone, you should be able to open the App store, tap on Purchased in the bottom menu and download anything you have previously purchased, unless a specific app is not at all compatable with the iPad. In some acases you may want to check an see if iPad apps are availabel seperately, but most of the time the apps will work on both.
