I don't have face time on my iphone4 what should i do!?

FaceTime is integrated into Contacts and Phone apps on an iPhone, so when you make a call, you'll see an option on the display to make a FaceTime call

Where did you buy your phone? Where are you located?

Do you see it in settings - facetime?

IF not then that person you bought it from may have bought it in a country where facetime is banned like UAE or middle east

The iPhone is not available from any legitimate source in Iran. It is against international law to export the iPhone to Iran or to sell or give one to anyone with the intent of taking it to Iran.

That said, the phone you have probably originated in KSA or UAE. Facetime is banned by law there and has been permanently removed from all iPhones sold in those countries.

As long as you're purchasing it from an unauthorized source, there's no way to be sure that what you're getting is genuine at all or will work when you try to use it.

You would have to travel to a country where it can legally be purchased from an authorized distributor, but then it would be illegal for you to take it back to Iran.
