Audio Interface?
I have a small Eurorack mixer. Can I use that as my Audio Interface? Thanks!

No, I don't think so. Not in the actual sense of what is understood by an (Digital) Audio interface.
But you could of course interface the analogue stereo I/O. This will be a bit of an 'balancing act', nevertheless, if done properly, this will work.
