hi my iphone 4s has like a moon shaped thing in the lens, i just want to know if its supposed to be like this?. i read that it wasnt but im unsure, any help would be greatly appreciated, josh.

If this moon shape is on the picture, it's not supposed to be there. I've seen no "moon shaped thing" on any iPhone camera lens.
Perhaps you could clarify.
basically there is like a black piece of metal or plastic that is like a semi circle at the top, in side of my lense. i would upload a pic but the picture is over 2mb.
Does it show in a photo?

If still under warranty, Apple will likely replace it.
I read the thread but as that was the only thing that i could find i wasn't sure if it was a problem and just wanted to know if any one else had the problem, i will try to get in touch with apple
