Where would you want the "Home" button to take you, or what would you want it to do?
the FCP X help specifies the"Home Button" to move to the start of the time line and I don't think FCP X would run on any iOS devices
I would like to use it in FCP X to move to the satrt of the timeline
Then you don't want a "Home" button on your computer, you want a "home" type button in FCP. Look in FCP help or user manual regarding how to navigate in FCP. I don't use FCP so I can't be more specific.
Thanks but I've searched help and the manual and all I can find in Keyboard shortcuts is that the "Home Button" takes you to the start of the timeline
Have you tried using the "left-arrow" key while holding down the "fn" key? That functions as the "home" ("top") key in most applications. Similarly, fn+right=end/bottom, fn+up=pageup, and fn+down=pagedown.
Thanks, that works
