Purchased apps glitch

Hi, I am having trouble with my iPhone and ipad and opening up my already purchased apps in the App Store. I have tried numerous times but I left it loading all night but to no avail. If someone could give me sme idea of what is going on and if anyone else is having the same problem. Thanks...
