Installer is stuck and won't let me restart my computer!

So I was installing a program, the installer was tuck on running package scripts. I force quit the applicaion's installer but then when I tried to install another application it wouldn't let me. I'm trying to restart my mac but an installation in progress window keeps showing up and won't let me restart.

HELP!!!!
