Need help with Apple ID! Emergency!

Hello guys!

I have a problem that I have no idea how to solve.
The thing is that somehow i mananged to make two accounts.
One account that I use and where the e-mail is wrong, and one that I don't use where my actual e-mail is connected to.

I've tried and tried and tried but I don't know how to fix this!

When I try to change to the correct e-mail it just says "this e-mail has already been verified for another account."
But I don't know how to log into the other account, I can't reset the password

This is just so weird. Please help me!
