Q: Combining calendars in one order

Is it possible to combine several (different) calendars created in iPhoto 11 in one shipping, thus avoiding extra shipping charges?

17" iMac, 15" PowerBook Dual layer G4 and 20" Core2 Duo iMac, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

Not unless you are ordering multiple copies of the same calendar - you can not combine different ones
