transfer ipod playlists to itunes

I set up itunes on my new PC and connected my ipod nano. I was able to transfer all my music over however, not the individual playlists from the ipod. How do I transfer my ipod playlists to my itunes? I am looking for an easy way so I don't have to create the lists in itunes all over again. I have 15 separate playlists.
