iTunes 11 doesn't fit fullscreen
I recently downloaded iTunes 11 and when I go fullscreen the scroll bar on the right side vanishes and goes off screen. I'm only running one monitor on Windows 7 64. Anyone have any ideas?

Windows 7
Drag/Snap the itunes screen to the right hand side. Then maximise and it should right itself.
This happened to me with previous iTunes versions, too.
Update:
I believe the maximizing issue has been fixed in 11.0.1.12
False alarm 😟 I just experienced the problem again.
If your Windows taskbar is set to "use small icons", this may cause the problem.
Unselect "use small icons", and then use iTunes and it will be fine. Interestingly, if you then go back and enable "use small icons", iTunes will still be fine even after reboot.
Good luck!
How do you set your windows taskbar to small or large icons. Guess I'm wondering where the windows taskbar is so I can check. Sorry if that's a dumb question. When I click on the little window symbol at the bottom left of my screen, I don't see anything that lets me change this.
Oh, never mind. Located it under the control panel. Thanks. Seems to have fixed the disappearing slider bar issue. Now if my played counters would stop resetting to 0 I'd be happy.
This is a very odd problem.
Changing the start menu to small icons from the Windows settings menu also works.
Changing back to the original (larger) icons and the screen still fits, showing the scroll bar correctly.
Reboot and then you are back to the original problem. I prefer to use the normal (larger) icons, and will keep this setting.
As has been mentioned before, Press the Windows key and the right arrow key together. Then press the Windows key and up arrow key together, and the display fits the screen ............until the next boot up!
iTunes version 11.0.1
I was able to fix the problem for my Windows Vista computer, although I have not tried rebooting to see if reappears.
Open iTunes so that it is not in the Maximized Size (A single square should be showing next to the X in the upper right hand corner of the iTunes screen.) Then put your cursor somewhere near the top and drag the screen to one side. If you hold the cursor over the edge of the iTunes screen, a two headed arrow appears and you can make the size of the itunes screen smaller on that edge. Do the same at the top or bottom of the screen so that all edges of the itunes screen easily fit inside your screen.
Now tap the square next to the X on the top left of the screen. Mine went to full screen mode without any hidden edges. Hopefully this will work for you too.
Thanks! This seems to have solved the problem for me. I run Vista as well.
These are workarounds, not fixes. It's bad programming, that's all. The new iTunes is horrible.
