Open the AppleScript Editor in the /Applications/Utilities/ folder and run:


do shell script "chflags hidden " & quoted form of POSIX path of (choose folder with invisibles)


Note that this method, on its own, can easily be bypassed. For better security, use an encrypted disk image or separate user account.
