I can not send email from Mail
which parameters do I have to check ?

Firstly check with your ISP that none of their settings have been changed.

I'm using @mac.com address and I didn't any information about change.
I can not send email when I use Mail application on my IMac, but I can send it when I'm connected to Icloud !?
Goto Mail>Preferences and click on the accounts tab. Click on your @Mac address and you should see your account information. Make sure the account is enabled and under outgoing mail what lists do you have? I have 2 emails so mine shows iCloud and Gmail. Make sure that it's set to iCloud and check the "Use only this server" checkbox, and then click on the advanced tab make sure that the SSL box is checked.
