Syncing notes taken with iPad3 would not update content of note in Outlook 2010

I have an iPad 3 on which I am currently taking notes on different subjects (ie same notes grow over time). When syncing with Outlook 2010 using iTunes last version updated notes from iPad do not replace same note with older content in Outlook.

Is there any way to fix that? Am I missing anything?

Of course, I did find some kind of workaround, but I am not apply with it.

I would like the devices to be in complete sync as far as notes are concerned, like it happens for instance with contacts and calendar. I am using an iPhone, an iPad and a PC with iTunes.

Please help!
