Manage devices - help!

I have a personal iPod touch and a work ipad. Both devices are under the same iTunes account which was a mistake and I need to disassociate my ipad from my account and create a new one with my work credit card can anyone help me out?

If the device isn't associated with your account (associating and managing devices), then you should be able to tap on your account in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and log out of it and then log in with a different account. But any content that was downloaded via the currently logged in account will remain tied to that account.
