I have blocked my stolen IPHONE 4s by phoning my service operator. Phone has no lock so can thief still see text messages/pictures etc if blocked? I have tried wiping it through find my iphone but cannot do it with no internet connection to phone? 😟

Unless you had a lock on the phone, yes, they will be able to see whatever is on the phone. No, you can't remotely wipe the phone if it has no connection to the interenet.
