How to get rid of window Bluetooth audio failed?

Somehow fooling around with wirless Dragon Dicate or whatever i got a window

"Buetooth audio failed

There was an error connecting to your headset. Make sure it is turned on and in range.

The audio portion of the prgram you were using may need to be restarted"

I cannot get rid of tghe indow althiugh I can drag it almost out of site.Restarting does not clear it.

Where do I find the file that I cn delete this message and get on with my life.

Oh and in pasing "insert the image" or attemt to copy (I get the spinning ball) did not work,

I am using an Apple Blue tooth keyboard and an Apple bluetooth mouse

Second quiestuio how do I get the apple keyboard to wotk with a first generation iPad?
