When i want to do an in App. Purchases at Big Fish, i am asked to contact iTunes Support. How? Why?

I want to do an in App. Purchase at Big Fish. Usuelle, there was Not a Problem, I Confirmed the purchases with my Password an everything was Fine. Now, i am asked to contact iTunes Support to Confirm my purchases. Why? How? Thanks in advance for your help!

You can contact iTunes support via this page and ask them (it could be due to a number of reasons e.g. a problem with a previous purchase, an issue with your account ...) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then possibly Purchases, Billing & Redemption
