iPhones sold in Saudi Arabia and several other countries have FaceTime disabled.
This CANNOT be changed.

The iPhone is not legitimately availabel for sale in Iraq at all. It probably originated in KSA, UAE or another Middle East country. Phones from KSA and UAE do not have facetime at all. It may be disabled on other phones sold in the Middle East if they are removed from the country of origin.
There is no way to get it on your phone.
I tried even to download clean version from apple store but the problem still the same.I think as you said guys there is no way to have it

Facetime app is missing in my iphone 4s,all my friends have it just me and in setting is also i didnt find it.I am in Malaysia and I bought the phone from Iraq .I tried to erase the content and restore the phone but the problem still.my version is 6.0.1
