Q: iBook ordering problem

I have iPhoto ´11 version 9.2.3 and now when trying to place an order for an iBook, the program says: We recommend you to up-date the latest version of iPhoto before placing your order. What should I do? I believe that I have the latest version.

No you do not have the latest version of iPhoto - Depending on the version of the OS that you have the latest version of iPhoto is 9.4.2

What version of the OS do you have?

Hi Larry HN,

thanks for you response. I have version OS X 10.6.8. But is it really so that I first need to up-date the OS-system in order to be able to use the iPhoto? It seems that it is not for free in the Apple store.

For 10.6.8 that is the latest version of iPhoto

Before ordering your book preview it using this method - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1040 - and save the resulting PDF for reference - the delivered book will match it.

if the preview looks perfect go ahead and order
