Setting up time machine but airport utility not recognizing any internet after I have an ethernet connection and wireless connection
I have a mac 10.5.8 and i recently bought the software snow leopard and wanted to backup my computer to time machine but when I try the airport utlitiy says it needs better internet connect? I'm basically sitting on the router, hooked up to ethernet, and have great wireless. This is the first time of setting up time machine/ time capsule so i'm not really sure what to do. I call costumer services and they just told me to come in and let their IT guys figure it out but it was going to cost $299.
